Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the sale of services offered on the Follow Boost website, in accordance with consumer law and civil law.

Article 1 - Preamble

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") apply to all services offered by VODALIS LIMITED (hereinafter "Follow Boost" or "the Seller") on its website www.myfollowboost.com (hereinafter "the Site").

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges:

  • Having read these GTC
  • Accepting them without reservation and in their entirety
  • Being of legal age and legally able to enter into a contract

Follow Boost reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The applicable GTC are those in force on the date of the order.

Follow Boost provides growth and visibility services for social networks, aimed at individuals, content creators, influencers and businesses.

  • Shares and reposts
  • Streams and listens

Supported platforms

Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Spotify, Snapchat and other platforms subject to availability.

The essential characteristics of each service are detailed on the corresponding product pages. Descriptions and illustrations are provided for guidance.

Article 4 - Order and payment

4.2 Accepted payment methods

Bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). All transactions are secured by 256-bit SSL encryption.

4.3 Pricing

  • Prices are shown in euros (€) all taxes included
  • Follow Boost reserves the right to change its prices at any time
  • Services are invoiced at the rate in force at the time of the order
  • No additional fee is applied at payment

4.4 Delivery modes and recurring charges

When ordering, the customer picks between two delivery modes that determine the billing frequency: Gradual delivery (weekly or monthly auto-renewal) or All at once (single charge, no renewal).

Important

By choosing gradual delivery, the customer agrees that their card will be charged automatically at each due date, until cancellation from their customer area.

4.5 Order confirmation

After payment validation, a confirmation email is sent to the address provided. It summarises the order details and constitutes definitive acceptance of the contract.

Article 5 - Performance and delivery

5.1 Delivery times

Start: within 1 to 24h. Average delivery: 12 to 72 hours. Completion: depending on quantity. Times vary with order volume, platform and availability.

5.2 Delivery mode

Delivery is gradual and natural in order to:

  • Guarantee an organic look of growth
  • Protect the customer account against detection algorithms
  • Ensure better retention of followers/likes

5.3 Requirements

  • - The account or post must be public for the entire delivery period
  • - The provided link must be correct and accessible
  • - The customer must not change privacy settings during delivery

5.4 Refill guarantee

In case of natural follower loss within 30 days of delivery, Follow Boost commits to replacing losses for free, up to the initial ordered quantity (guarantee applies subject to offer).

Article 6 - Right of withdrawal

6.1 Principle

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for service contracts fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period when performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent.

In practice

By confirming the order, the customer expressly agrees that the service starts immediately after payment. They therefore waive the right of withdrawal as soon as the service begins.

6.2 Exceptions

The customer may still request cancellation if:

  • Delivery has not yet started
  • The ordered service is unavailable or under maintenance

Article 7 - Warranty and claims

7.1 Satisfaction guarantee

Follow Boost commits to delivering services as described on the Site. In case of non-conformity: Option 1 free refill, Option 2 credit for a future order.

7.2 Claim period

Any claim must be made within 30 days of the order date. Past this period, no claim can be accepted.

7.4 Warranty exclusions

  • - Account set to private during or after delivery
  • - Incorrect or inaccessible link provided by the customer
  • - Account or post deleted by the customer
  • - Actions by the third-party platform (suspension, restriction)

Article 8 - Liabilities

8.1 Customer obligations

  • Provide accurate and complete information (profile/post link)
  • Keep the account/post public for the entire delivery period
  • Comply with third-party platforms' terms of use
  • Not use the services for illegal or fraudulent purposes

8.2 Follow Boost obligations

  • Perform ordered services within the best possible timeframe
  • Ensure quality and conformity of services provided
  • Protect customer personal data
  • Reply to claims within a reasonable time

8.3 Liability limitations

Follow Boost cannot be held liable:

  • - For actions taken by third-party platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • - For consequences related to service use on the customer account
  • - For indirect damages resulting from service use
  • - For inaccurate information provided by the customer

8.4 Force majeure

Follow Boost cannot be held liable in case of force majeure or events beyond its control: natural disasters, wars, strikes, network outages, platform API changes, etc.

Article 9 - Data protection

Follow Boost collects and processes the personal data needed to fulfil orders in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  • Email address (for order confirmation)
  • Profile/post link (for service execution)
  • Payment data (processed by our secure provider)

Article 10 - Intellectual property

All elements of the Site (texts, graphics, logos, images, videos, etc.) are the exclusive property of Follow Boost and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Prohibitions

Any unauthorised reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation of the Site or its contents is strictly prohibited and constitutes infringement punishable by the Intellectual Property Code.

Article 11 - Dispute mediation

In accordance with articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, in case of an unresolved dispute, the consumer may resort free of charge to a consumer mediator.

Article 12 - Applicable law and jurisdiction

These GTC are governed by French law. The language of these terms is French.

Competent court

In case of dispute and failing amicable resolution, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction, in particular the Paris Commercial Court.

Severability

If one or more clauses of these GTC are declared null, the other clauses retain their full validity and scope.
